On May 13, 2025, I walked into the legendary Hollywood Improv as a guest at the Top Talent Hollywood event. But I left not just as an attendee but as someone deeply inspired, connected, and reminded of the power of purpose-driven gathering.
What unfolded that day went far beyond the stage, the red carpet, or the schedule. It was an atmosphere of authenticity, vulnerability, and opportunity. And I’m so grateful I got to be part of it.
As someone who believes in intentional living and global unity, I’ve attended my fair share of events. But Top Talent Hollywood was different.

There was something uniquely electric about being in a room filled with dreamers, leaders, artists, and changemakers, each with a message and a mission. The event wasn’t just well planned; it was deeply felt.
You could sense the energy shifting as people shared stories that moved the soul, as connections formed in real-time, and as opportunities began to blossom from simple conversations.
Here are just a few of the lessons I took with me from this beautiful gathering:
- Your Voice is Your Legacy
From the main stage to intimate side conversations, the message was clear: your voice matters. Your experiences, your truth, your pain, your passion, they’re not just part of your story. They are your platform.
Hearing legends like Lisa Nichols, Jeffrey Hayzlett, and Diana Wentworth speak with such clarity and conviction reminded me that the world doesn’t need perfect voices—it needs true ones. We are all called to rise, speak, and serve in our own authentic ways.

- Proximity is Power
There is something transformational about being in the right room. At Top Talent Hollywood, I connected with new people, made friends I know I’ll collaborate with in the future, and reconnected with familiar faces that reminded me just how far we’ve all come.
It was a clear lesson in the power of showing up. Doors open when you’re present. Magic happens when you make the effort to be in the room where possibilities live.
- Visibility is Not Vanity—It’s Responsibility
The event was rich in opportunities for exposure, including access to top-tier media representatives, such as those from Gannett and other major outlets. However, the takeaway wasn’t just about being seen but about being seen for a purpose.
Being visible allows our message to reach its intended audience. It allows healing to multiply. It allows transformation to scale. I left with a renewed sense that visibility isn’t about ego but about impact.
- There’s Power in Collaboration
What made the event especially profound was how the organizers created a culture of collaboration rather than competition. From David Fagan, President of Top Talent Agency and a renowned publicist, to Dani Wallace and the many speakers and panelists, the spirit of Top Talent was rooted in lifting each other up.

There was no gatekeeping, just generosity. No posturing, just presence. It was a lesson in leadership and a reminder that we rise faster when we rise together.
- It’s Okay to Have Fun Along the Way
Yes, we were there to learn, network, and elevate, but we also laughed, posed for selfies, danced, hugged, and celebrated.
Because joy is part of the journey. Because connection doesn’t always come through strategy but often comes through a shared smile or spontaneous moment. I left that space feeling full, intellectually and emotionally.
One beautiful offering from David, Isabel, and the team was the invitation for us to share our reflections in writing as part of the collective post-event celebration. This article is my humble response to that call, and I’m thrilled to share a few more updates with the wider community.

First, Many people like myself already have tickets for the next Top Talent Hollywood event, scheduled for December 1-2, 2025, in Los Angeles, and I’m honored to be speaking on a panel during the event. You can see the website with all the details at TopTalentHollywood.com.
If Top Talent Hollywood was any indication of what’s to come, then this next gathering will be nothing short of powerful. I hope to see many of you there, leaning in, speaking up, and embracing the full potential of your lives.
Second, I’m thrilled to extend a heartfelt invitation to The Grand Butterfly Gathering, taking place on June 28, 2025, in downtown Jackson, Wyoming.
This transformative event is open to the world, whether you choose to attend in person or participate virtually from anywhere globally.
Dressed as butterflies, we will gather in Davey Jackson Field in Jackson, WY, to reconnect with nature, host an interdenominational prayer for global peace, and make history by attempting to set a new world record for the largest gathering of people ever dressed as butterflies.

It will be a day of profound connection, inspiration, and renewal, designed to bring together individuals who are ready to embrace peace, intentional growth, inner healing, and the power of global unity.
This will be a global gathering of transformation and awakening, a day where we come together to celebrate the beauty of promoting peace, the power of unity, and the sacred process of transformation, much like a butterfly.
There will be soul-stirring music, life-transforming conversations, and the kind of healing only possible when hearts are open and aligned.
Whether you attend in person or tune in virtually from anywhere and pray for peace, you are part of this movement. The entire world is invited.
The cherry on top is that if you are among the first 1,000 people to register and participate physically (this is almost sold out), we will gift you a 5-day, 6-night voucher to explore either the Caribbean or Mexico for an entire week, with all your meals and accommodation fully paid for, courtesy of The ME Studios.
Top Talent Hollywood reminded me that when we gather with purpose, we don’t just network. We evolve. We don’t just listen, we awaken. And we don’t just attend. We become.
To all the beautiful souls I met, thank you. To the friends I reconnected with, I see you.
To the organizers and speakers, your work is sacred. And to the world, I’ll see you in Jackson on June 28 and in LA again this December.
Together, we keep rising.
