A former mixed martial arts fighter calmly restrained an unruly passenger who tried to open an emergency exit door during a Frontier Airlines flight bound for Illinois.

Josh Longood, a former MMA fighter from Chicago, quickly sprang into action to help subdue a disruptive passenger aboard Frontier Airlines Flight 3345 from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Chicago O’Hare International Airport Sunday evening.
