It could have been a scene out of a horror film. But the grainy CCTV footage from inside a run-down office block in Hackney, east London, is terrifyingly real. At 10.22pm on April 17, a man is seen dragging a goat by its 12in horns through a set of double doors. The animal is clearly in distress, a rope trailing from its neck.
