Parts of the UK could be hotter than Los Angeles next week, with temperatures expected to reach 30C – just weeks after the country basked in an unusually warm May heatwave.
The Met Office said high pressure building across the country will bring warm and humid conditions, with the mercury climbing above the seasonal average.
