Stitched up: A reader needs to return an expensive leather handbag they bought in duty-free in a Spanish airport 

I bought an expensive leather handbag in duty-free shopping in a Spanish airport. However, after just a few weeks, some of the stitching is starting to unravel. 

What are my rights to a refund or return, and how do I get the bag back to the airport in Spain? 

I bought it from a global brand that has stores in the UK, but I’m not sure if the rules are different for duty‑free shopping.
