A Pizza Express waiter who was branded a ‘f****** yank’ and told to ‘go back to your country’ during a row with a colleague has won more than £5,000 in compensation.

Raymond Joseph claimed he was racially discriminated against as a result of a row with Michael Tortolano at an Aberdeen branch of the popular eatery.

His co-worker told him in front of customers: ‘Why don’t you just leave, nobody f****** likes you, f****** American, go back to your country you f****** yank.’
