A British woman has been jailed for six years in Hong Kong after being convicted of making a false rape claim against a UK banker.
Isabel Rose, 26, was accused of ‘wicked behaviour’ by Judge Adriana Noelle Tse Ching who said it was ‘crystal clear’ she had demanded £100,000 in a blackmail plot from a man she accused of assaulting her.
Rose, maintains that she is innocent of the charges of blackmail and perverting the course of public justice, with her family insisting the alleged rape was not properly investigated.
