Villagers have been left with a ’roundabout to nowhere’ after developers building hundreds of new homes pulled out – leaving the project half-finished.
Outline planning permission was granted for up to 300 homes in Teynham, Kent, in June 2021.
Chartway Partnerships Group then set to work on the roads which would connect the new build estate – called Frognal Place – to the A2 London Road.
But construction stalled and the firm has now quit, it is understood – leaving building firm Moat to try and find another contractor to continue the project.
