Amanda Seyfried is saying goodbye to her Los Angeles roots, officially putting her charming Hollywood Hills home on the market.

The Mean Girls star, 40, listed her three-bedroom, three-bathroom property for $3.195million, marking a major step in her transition away from life in Los Angeles and towards her quieter existence on a farm in upstate New York.

According to property records, Seyfried originally purchased the home for $11.85 million in 2011. 

The traditional residence spans 2,738 square feet on a 9,104-square-foot lot and combines its century-old character with a number of modern updates.
