The daughter of a British citizen who was jailed for 20 years by China and kept in solitary confinement has revealed she has been diagnosed with an ‘aggressive’ form of cancer.
Hong Kong democracy campaigner and media mogul Jimmy Lai has spent the last six years in prison and was handed what his son described as a ‘death sentence’ by a court in the Beijing-controlled territory.
