Vladimir Putin has ominously labelled countries supplying Ukraine with weapons ‘a threat’ while insisting in turn that Russia is ‘not threatening anyone’.
The despot made the comments at the Valdai foreign relations forum in Moscow, where he said that he could not rule out the use of weapons of mass destruction from his foreign policy.
