One in five young adults think babies born today could live to 150 and many are already experimenting with ice baths, extreme fasting and ‘sleepmaxxing’ in a bid to extend their own lives.
The survey of more than 2,200 British adults, carried out for the nutrition company Herbalife, found that six in ten (61 per cent) of Gen Z, defined in the research as those aged 18 to 29, are actively taking steps to improve their health with the specific aim of living longer.
