A British influencer arrested in Miami on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon has complained that US police and jails are far harsher than those in the UK following his release.
Wolfi Watson, 20, from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, is better known online as Costakid and had been filming pranks and social media content in Florida.
The 20-year-old Briton was arrested last week, with bail set at $5,000, according to official records, spending five days in Miami-Dade county jail.
Watson has amassed more than 300,000 followers on TikTok and 116,000 on Instagram, gaining a reputation for daring pranks, sometimes on police.
