Husband, 45, is charged with murder after GP ‘for the Royal Family’ is found dead ‘while hosting sleepover’ at her home near Sandringham estate

A man has been charged with murder after his wife was found dead while she was said to have been hosting a sleepover at her home near Sandringham.

The body of Hannah Cain, who was a GP and is understood to have worked with the Royal Family, was found in the early hours of Sunday in Dersingham, Norfolk.

The 45-year-old’s husband Mark Cain was subsequently arrested and has now been charged with her murder, the Crown Prosecution Service confirmed this evening.

He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court for an initial hearing on Wednesday morning.
