A teenage girl has died days after she was found seriously injured on a road following a suspected hit-and-run.
Nadia Mucha was knocked down close to a bus stop in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, September 29.
The 16-year-old had reportedly sustained serious head and chest injuries.
Nadia was rushed to hospital, where she died four days later.
Now, West Yorkshire Police have arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
He has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Tributes have been posted on social media, with family and friends describing her as ‘Nadia Victoria’.
