Deliveroo is back up after the website and app crashed causing Friday night takeaway chaos across the UK.
Hungry customers were left frustrated by the outage which stopped users ordering takeaway for more than an hour this evening.
In a statement shared on X, Deliveroo said that they were experiencing difficulties on the app and website but were ‘working hard’ to fix the issue.
But now Deliveroo is ‘operating as normal’ following the technical issues and a spokesperson apologised for the disruption.
