Footage shows the unidentified man arguing with several customers at a One Stop in Henley Green, Coventry, before calling the woman a ‘black c***’.
The man, who is wearing brown tracksuit bottoms and a red jumper with a grey gilet over the top, appears verbally aggressive and begins swearing at those inside the shop.
