A whole host of stars were amongst the 59,000 runners competing in the London Marathon on Sunday – with many achieving incredible times.
Cynthia Erivo, 39, smashed her personal best when she crossed the finish line at three hours and 21 minutes, beating her previous time of three hours and 35 minutes which she achieved in 2022.
Meanwhile Spencer Matthews, 37, who last year became a three-time Guinness World Record holder after completing an Antarctic triathlon, missed out on a three hour run by just four seconds – but still managed to shave an impressive seven minutes off last year’s result.
