Jesy Nelson enjoyed a sweet walk through the forest with her twins as she shared a glimpse of her life as a mum on Instagram on Friday.
The singer, 34, revealed in January that her now 10-month-old twins, Ocean and Story, had been diagnosed with SMA Type 1, a rare muscle-wasting condition, and she has since been focused on caring for her little ones.
In the snaps, her daughters were swaddled in their blankets and looked around in awe of the greenery.
