A major fire has broken out at Warburtons bread factory, causing thick plumes of smoke to fill the sky.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a fire at a commercial property in Burnley just before 3pm this afternoon.
Footage shows a huge cloud of black smoke rising into the air, with nearby residents advised to keep their windows and doors shut.
Warburtons confirmed that the building was evacuated and there were no injuries reported. The cause of the fire and the full extent of the damage is not yet known.
