Paloma Faith’s bizarre choice of headwear left BAFTA TV Awards viewers infuriated during Sunday’s star-studded ceremony.
Before taking her seat the singer, 44, took to the red carpet in the kooky look alongside fellow Celebrity Traitors star and pal Alan Carr, 49.
She teamed her black fringed gown with the huge bicorne hat, which was tied beneath her chin with a ribbon and fans compared to Napoleon Bonaparte or Admiral Nelson.
But upon taking her seat alongside Alan, Paloma decided not to remove the headpiece, leaving viewers at home pitying whoever was sat behind her and would be unable to see the stage.
