Two British tourists attacked three people in a cocktail bar near Magaluf after a waitress refused to serve them any more drinks.
Tommy Colm Witty, 24, and Alexander Lee Anderson, 33, faced sentences of up to 10 years if convicted over the incident, which took place at around 2am on June 22 2024 at Iroko Mallorca in Palmanova, Mallorca.
The pair were initially arrested on suspicion of attempted homicide following the violent altercation in the upmarket restaurant and bar before being charged with three counts of wounding.
Witty, who had been held on remand since the attack, was handed a two-year prison sentence,
