A five-year-old boy has died days after a multiple vehicle crash that also claimed the life of an eight-year-old child.
Emergency services raced to the scene on the A30 in Cornwall shortly before 11am on Friday.
An eight-year-old boy died at the scene and a five-year-old boy was taken to Bristol Children’s Hospital in a critical condition.
In an update today, Devon and Cornwall Police said he has since tragically passed away.
A woman in her 70s is also being treated in hospital after suffering serious injuries.
