A fly-tipper received a dose of instant karma after the rubbish he dumped outside a neighbour’s house was re-delivered to his own doorstep.
Dean Gauci, 38, was tending to a block of flats he manages in Cardiff last Friday when he noticed seven bags filled with household waste had been dumped in his car park.
Determined to find the person responsible, Mr Gauci decided to sift through hours of CCTV camera footage – and caught the culprit in the act at 9am on Friday June 12.
