A six-year-old girl has been killed in Northern Ireland after she was reportedly hit by a van, with the driver arrested at the scene.
Kourtney Khloe McCormick died following the collision involving a black Ford Tourneo van in Newry, in the Springfarm Heights area, at around 9.25pm on Sunday.
The young girl, who had just celebrated her sixth birthday, died in hospital from her injuries.
Police shared a picture of Kourtney after issuing an appeal for further information.
