This is the moment a car ploughs into a crowd in east London, injuring six, before fleeing the scene. 

Police have launched a manhunt for the ‘hit-and-run’ driver who speeds away after smashing into the back of a stationary blue car, narrowly missing passers-by, while others are struck in the terrifying crash. 

CCTV footage from the incident, which occurred at 8.18am on Green Street, in Upton Park, on Saturday morning, shows a blue Toyota with a white sign displaying an ‘L’ for ‘learner’ coming to a stop on the high street.
