Amanda Holden lived up to her name as she made sure not to hold back while tipping a bucket of ice cold water over her co-host Jamie Theakston on Thursday.
Britain is currently experiencing the hottest June on record with temperatures soaring above 34C.
And Jamie was treated to a cool down, courtesy of Amanda, during an on air competition.
With four buckets to choose from, and three containing heart-shaped confetti, Jamie managed to avoid the ice bucket twice before being drenched on the third attempt.
