Top Boy star Micheal Ward raped a woman in the back of a Mercedes after meeting her a fancy dress party, a court has been told.
The 28-year-old Bafta-winning actor is alleged to have repeatedly assaulted the woman in his friend’s car after hosting the event on New Year’s Day 2023, but she was initially too intimidated to make a report to police.n
Jamaican-born Ward, of Silvertown, London, denies two counts of rape, two counts of assault by penetration, and one count of sexual assault against the woman in Newham, east London.
