Suspected murderer dies of heart attack while dragging dead mom-of-three’s body through the woods after strangling her

A suspected murderer died of a heart attack while dragging his girlfriend’s body through the Alabama woods after strangling her to death, an autopsy has revealed.

Daniel Robbins, 44, and mother-of-three Jessica Folds were found dead in a wooded area in the small, rural community of Lanett on June 10.

Deputies found the 47-year-old with her hands raised over her head, Chambers County Sheriff Jeff Nelson told WTVM.

Robbins was next to her in the fetal position and officials noticed a ‘drag path’ at the scene.

An autopsy has since determined that Folds was strangled to death.
