A man has been arrested in Greece in connection with the rape of a British teenager.
The 18-year-old accused a 50-year-old security guard of sexually assaulting her while she was on holiday in Malia, Crete, local media reported.
The tourist claimed that a man, who did not know her, stopped her in the early hours of Tuesday morning outside a hotel.
He then took her to a secluded spot, where he raped her, she alleged.
The teen then reported the incident to local police, who launched an investigation.
Cops were able to locate the suspect and arrested him on Tuesday afternoon.
