A conwoman who stole jewellery from properties she was ‘house-sitting’ has been jailed – after she was arrested while driving a rented BMW with designer sunglasses.
Ariana Rose, 40, waged a ‘campaign of dishonest behaviour’ over nearly a decade, funding her ‘lavish lifestyle’ with money she made from fraud and theft, Southwark Crown Court heard today.
Rose, previously known as Sana Ali, illegally subletted a two-bedroom flat in Salford Quays, Manchester, to three different people who believed the landlord – David Lederer – had authorised her to do so.
