World Cup legend Sir Geoff Hurst today joins the quest to recover captain Bobby Moore’s missing famous red jersey.

The 1966 hat-trick hero has urged ‘whoever has the shirt’ to give it back to the Moore family.

Sir Geoff stepped forward after the Daily Mail revealed how Tina Moore, married to Bobby for 24 years, has launched a dramatic legal action.

She lodged papers at the High Court on Friday alleging that Neville Evans, a businessman from Wales, either has the iconic shirt or knows what happened to it.
