A teacher has said she relives the moment she thought she would die every day – after a student ‘stabbed her in the head with hatred in his eyes’, a court has heard.

Vicki Williams was teaching at Milford Haven Comprehensive School in Wales on February 5 when the boy, aged 15 at the time, allegedly pulled out a knife from his bag.
