Lewis Capaldi broke down at his Hyde Park gig as he said he ‘wasn’t sure if it would be possible’ for him to perform again after his Tourette’s diagnosis.

The Scottish singer, 29, is taking on two headline performances at this year’s BST Hyde Park, sponsored by Peroni.

And on Saturday night he became emotional as he reflected on how far he has come in the last few years.

Lewis took time off to focus on his mental health and to ‘adjust to the impact’ of his Tourette’s diagnosis following his emotional set at Glastonbury festival in 2023.
