Ex-Olympian Denise Lewis has revealed the ‘no restriction’ diet and workout regime that keeps her svelte and fit in her 50s.

She announced she would be creating personal content for social media last month, with the gold medallist revealing ‘the bits you don’t often see’ – from her favourite recipes and workouts to family life and hobbies.
