Family of British father charged over two-year-old son’s hotel fall death in Cyprus beg Ed Miliband for help

The family of a British father who was charged over the death of his toddler after he fell from a hotel window in Cyprus have begged Ed Miliband for help.

The 37-year-old man was arrested last Sunday, just hours after the two-year-old fell from the fourth floor of the King Evelthon Beach Hotel and Resort in Chlorakas, near Paphos.

The city worker was then forced to spend eight days until he was brought to Paphos District Court on Tuesday where he was charged with ‘causing death by ‘a rash, reckless, or dangerous act’.

The heartbroken family are now calling for the Foreign Secretary
