Italian teens behave so badly on school trip to Thailand that their embassy is forced to grovel for forgiveness on behalf of the whole country

Italy has released a public apology after a group of teenagers from the nation visiting Bangkok insulted a Thai woman on a train who had asked them to be quiet. 

Footage shared to social media showed the woman on the BTS SkyTrain accusing a group of young people of being too loud, telling them: ‘In Thailand, we don’t scream.’ 

After she asked them where in the world they were from, they mockingly answered ‘Thailand’, before calling her a ‘b****’.

One was seen raising a middle finger at her, while the others laughed and continued to make noise.
