Alison Hammond‘s Channel 4 show, Your Song, could be axed, according to reports, after viewers complained it was too similar to The Piano.
The presenter, 51, fronted the programme which followed people performing personal songs on a pop-up stage, with both Sam Ryder and Paloma Faith acting as mentors.
The series ended in May with Chantel winning and performing on stage at London‘s Hackney Empire.
But now bosses are said to be considering shelving the programme after just one series due to poor viewing figures.
According to reports, the launch episode saw 755,000 tune in, but it had fallen to 380,000 for the final.
