An Oregon driver is behind bars after allegedly chasing a couple in reverse for more than a mile during a deranged road rage rampage that was captured on camera.
Arman K Hastings, 29, of Beaverton, was identified as the Subaru Forester driver who allegedly chased a man and his wife through an upscale Portland suburb after a road rage confrontation on Sunday morning, according to police.
In a frantic 911 call, the victim told dispatchers the driver repeatedly reached toward his coat as though he were grabbing a gun, leaving them fearing for their safety.
