A notoriously progressive Wisconsin brewery has had its license revoked after promising free beers for everyone on the day Donald Trump dies.
Minocqua Brewing Company – which sells Biden Beer, Bernie Brew, and AOC IPA – said that the state’s Department of Revenue planned to revoke its permit to operate starting August 4.
The owner, Kirk Bangstad, believes the action was part of a revenge campaign after the brewery posted the anti-Trump promotion to Facebook on January 22.
The post read: ‘Free beer, all day long, the day he dies,’ meaning Trump.
Bangstad believes the revocation is a politically-motivated move to target what he calls ‘the state’s most progressive brewery.’
