Idaho college killer Bryan Kohberger has been appointed a public defender after petitioning to revoke his guilty plea for murdering four students.
Kohberger, 31, announced his intent to reverse his plea last week, roughly a year after he entered the deal with prosecutors and received four consecutive life sentences plus an additional 10 years in prison.
