A retired accountant could be forced to demolish his luxury harbourside home after losing a three-year planning war with his two wealthy neighbours on Millionaires’ Row. 

Neil Kennedy, 67, has made a final desperate bid to keep his ‘illegally built’ £4million Sandbanks mansion after both his next door neighbours complained about his three-storey modern development. 

In 2023, Mr Kennedy knocked down his old chalet bungalow and rebuilt a three-storey modern development. 

But the new extended balcony allegedly overlooked the garden of glamorous interior designer Celia Sawyer, also known as ‘Mrs Bling’, who lodged the first complaint against Mr Kennedy’s build.
