Amazon founder and billionaire Jeff Bezos is closing in on a deal to buy a minority stake in Liverpool.
Bezos is part of a billionaire boys’ club featuring the owner of Facebook and the son-in-law of an Indian steel magnate, with the consortium set to purchase a share of the Premier League giants that equates to around 30 per cent.
