Both Chelsea and Spurs have entered the domestic cup competition earlier than usual due to not having any European commitments after finishing tenth and 17th in the Premier League last season.

And they have been paired at home to lower league opposition, meaning they will be hoping to avoid a major cup upset as the second round of the competition takes place the week commencing August 24.
