An independent micropub in south London has been named Greater London Pub of the Year 2026 by the Campaign For Real Ale (CAMRA).
The Cockpit in Chislehurst, which opened in 2020, won the accolade after being a runner-up in both 2024 and 2025.
The popular pub, which shares its space with Roses Florists, is run by Adam Miller and Paul Steadman.
It has built a reputation for the quality and condition of its regularly changing selection of cask ale and ciders, as well as wine and spirits.
