The children of the late actor Robert Carradine have filed a lawsuit against the Regents of the University of California, alleging staffing failures at UCLA’s neuropsychiatric hospital led to their father’s death.
The actor died at age 71 on February 23 from the effects of an anoxic brain injury caused by a suicide attempt while he was being treated at UCLA’s Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital.
Now his children – daughters Ever, Marika, and son Ian – have filed a wrongful death and elder abuse and neglect lawsuit against the regents and various does.
