A Philadelphia man suspected of chasing a woman through the streets in a Chucky mask has been identified and is believed to be on the run, officials said.
Zymire Hughes, 22, stands accused of chasing a 40-year-old female jogger during her early morning run at around 5.30am last Wednesday.
The Philadelphia Police Department announced on Tuesday that Hughes may have fled the state, and allegedly ‘has ties to California and Nevada.’
