Julia Bradbury posed topless in her garden to share an empowering message to fans five years on from her breast cancer battle.
The Countryfile presenter, 56, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021 after doctors found a 2.5in tumour on her left breast.
On Sunday Julia posted a video of herself dancing topless with her back to the camera, before cheekily turning around.
Alongside it was the message: ‘One day you will understand that happiness was always about learning how to live with yourself.
‘That your happiness was never in the hands of others. One day you’ll realise that true happiness comes from within.’
