A man killed his partner by stabbing her 70 times in a ‘murderous attack’ before turning the knife on her daughter, a court has heard.
Alan Dore, 48, is accused of killing 52-year-old grandmother Samantha Turner at her home in Shepherd’s Bush, west London, on Tuesday, August 18.
He is also alleged to have stabbed Ms Turner’s 32-year-old daughter, Keeley Turner, as she tried to intervene.
On Monday, Dore – who was in a relationship with Ms Turner and lived nearby – appeared at the Old Bailey in London charged with murder and attempted murder.
