After five weeks of grueling testimony, the judge in Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial has allowed jurors to consider a manslaughter charge as they weigh the mother’s fate.
Clancy, 36, is accused of intentionally strangling her three children, Cora, five, Dawson, three, and eight-month-old Callan, with exercise bands at their Duxbury, Massachusetts, home in January 2023.
